CherishSnap
At CherishSnap, every product is handmade and personalized, created from the photos and details provided by our customers. Because each item is custom-made, our return and refund policy is different from standard retail products.
Personalized Products
All CherishSnap products are custom magnetic photo prints made specifically for each customer. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been produced.
Please carefully review your photos, names, and information before placing your order.
CherishSnap is not responsible for issues caused by:

Low-resolution images

Incorrect photos uploaded by the customer

Spelling mistakes or incorrect information entered during checkout
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or with a production error, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

Your order number

Clear photos showing the problem
After verification, we will either:

Send a free replacement, or

Issue a refund for the defective item
Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your package cannot be delivered due to shipping issues, we will send a replacement order at no additional cost.
Order Changes & Cancellation
Because our products are personalized and handmade, production begins shortly after the order is placed.

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, however a 10% service fee will be deducted to cover payment processing and administrative costs.

After 12 hours or once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled.
Since each product is personalized and printed specifically for the customer, once the item has been produced it cannot be reused or resold. We sincerely appreciate your understanding.
Production & Shipping Time
Because every item is handmade and personalized, please allow:

Production time: 4–5 business days

International shipping: 7–15 business days
The total estimated delivery time may be around 20 days, depending on destination and customs processing.
Customs & Import Duties
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees that may be charged by their country.
