2. Products & Personalization

CherishSnap sells custom magnetic photo prints that are personalized based on the photos and information provided by customers.

Because each product is custom-made, we cannot guarantee that products will look exactly the same as images shown on the website due to differences in screen displays, lighting, and printing processes.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted during checkout is correct.

3. Customer Submitted Content

When uploading photos or content to our website, you confirm that:

You own the rights to the images or have permission to use them
The content does not violate any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights
The content does not contain illegal, offensive, or inappropriate material

CherishSnap is not responsible for any legal issues arising from content submitted by customers.

4. Orders & Payments

All orders placed through our website are subject to availability and acceptance.

We accept payments through:

Stripe (credit and debit cards)

Prices for our products may change without notice.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, however a 10% service fee will be deducted to cover payment processing and administrative costs.

After 12 hours or once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled because the products are personalized and made specifically for each customer.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Products are handmade and personalized. Estimated timelines are:

Production time: 4–5 business days
International shipping: 7–15 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs processing, and carrier conditions.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

7. Limitation of Liability

CherishSnap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the product in question.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, designs, text, and graphics, is the property of CherishSnap and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
